- Conduct bioprocessing activities according to established protocols and procedures.
- Perform cell culture, media preparation, and bioreactor operations to support upstream production.
- Monitor and maintain bioreactors and associated equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Analyze and interpret data from bioprocessing experiments to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any process issues.
- Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Document all work and results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in process development and optimization of upstream production processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to their implementation.
- Train and mentor new team members on bioprocessing techniques and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution of production processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in bioprocessing techniques and technologies.
- Adhere to GMP standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to the development and execution of process validation studies.
- Participate in project teams and contribute to the development of new and innovative therapies.
Bachelor's Degree In Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Upstream Bioprocess Development Or Manufacturing.
Strong Understanding Of Bioreactor Operations, Cell Culture Techniques, And Aseptic Techniques.
Familiarity With Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Regulated Environment.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Setting.
