  1. Conduct bioprocessing activities according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Perform cell culture, media preparation, and bioreactor operations to support upstream production.
  3. Monitor and maintain bioreactors and associated equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  4. Analyze and interpret data from bioprocessing experiments to drive process improvements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any process issues.
  6. Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  7. Document all work and results accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Participate in process development and optimization of upstream production processes.
  9. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to their implementation.
  10. Train and mentor new team members on bioprocessing techniques and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution of production processes.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in bioprocessing techniques and technologies.
  13. Adhere to GMP standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Contribute to the development and execution of process validation studies.
  15. Participate in project teams and contribute to the development of new and innovative therapies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Upstream Bioprocess Development Or Manufacturing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Bioreactor Operations, Cell Culture Techniques, And Aseptic Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Regulated Environment.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Setting.
