  1. Develop and execute translational medicine strategies to support the development and launch of new medicines and treatments.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research and development, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams to drive the progress of translational medicine projects.
  3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of translational medicine programs.
  4. Identify potential risks and challenges in translational medicine projects and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  5. Monitor and track progress of translational medicine studies and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in translational medicine to inform and guide decision-making.
  7. Foster and maintain relationships with external partners, including academic institutions and contract research organizations, to support translational medicine efforts.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies in the execution of translational medicine programs.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of translational medicine programs.
  10. Mentor and support the professional development of team members to promote a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Translational Medicine, Drug Development, Or Clinical Research.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Processes For Drug Development.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
