Job Description

At Bristol-Myers Squibb, we are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager who is passionate about building relationships and increasing sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our pharmaceutical products within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on specialty products. You must be highly knowledgeable about our products and services, have a strong understanding of the local market, and be able to work independently as well as in a team.You will be joining an innovative and passionate team at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and we look forward to having you onboard!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic plans to increase sales in assigned territory
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  3. Analyze and report on market trends and customer feedback
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  5. Develop innovative strategies to increase market share and achieve sales goals
  6. Monitor and review competitor activity and pricing
  7. Prepare and present presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
  8. Generate and manage sales reports
  9. Participate in industry and trade shows
  10. Maintain knowledge of company products and services
