
Territory Sales Manager
At Bristol-Myers Squibb, we are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager who is passionate about building relationships and increasing sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our pharmaceutical products within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on specialty products. You must be highly knowledgeable about our products and services, have a strong understanding of the local market, and be able to work independently as well as in a team.You will be joining an innovative and passionate team at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and we look forward to having you onboard!
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales in assigned territory
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Analyze and report on market trends and customer feedback
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Develop innovative strategies to increase market share and achieve sales goals
- Monitor and review competitor activity and pricing
- Prepare and present presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
- Generate and manage sales reports
- Participate in industry and trade shows
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services
