  1. Oversee and manage all technical projects within the company, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and identifying potential risks or issues.
  4. Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  5. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.
  6. Work closely with technical teams to ensure resources are allocated appropriately and project tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  7. Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate potential project roadblocks or challenges, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
  9. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
  10. Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Technical Projects, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Pmp Certification Or Other Project Management Certification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
