  1. Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to support the delivery of life-saving cell therapies to patients in need.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of cell therapy products.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  4. Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  5. Lead capacity planning and forecasting efforts to ensure adequate supply for current and future demand.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services.
  7. Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing, quality, and regulatory, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.
  12. Communicate supply chain performance and issues to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, promoting our supply chain capabilities and achievements.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In The Biopharmaceutical Or Cell Therapy Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Production Planning.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With External Partners.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Quality Control Standards In The Biopharmaceutical Industry.
