Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Strategic Financial Planning And Analysis Initiatives, Including Forecasting, Budgeting, And Long-Term Planning.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling And Analysis, Including Proficiency In Excel And Financial Planning Software.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
