  • Source and procure raw materials for the global network of manufacturing sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials to ensure a reliable supply
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform purchasing decisions
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all procurement processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Continuously seek out cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the procurement function
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company's mission to deliver innovative medicines to patients through efficient and effective procurement practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Raw Materials Used In The Production Of Pharmaceutical Products

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Manage Supplier Relationships Effectively

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Cost Reduction And Process Improvement.
