  1. Lead and manage the Oncology team to drive the development and execution of strategies for the therapeutic area.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the oncology market, including competitors and trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of brand plans.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups within the oncology community.
  6. Provide strategic input and support for the development of new products and indications within the oncology portfolio.
  7. Plan and execute successful product launches, including developing launch plans, conducting market research, and providing training to the sales team.
  8. Monitor and manage the budget for the oncology therapeutic area, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  9. Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines related to oncology products and ensure compliance within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Life Science Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Oncology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With At Least 3 Years Focused On Oncology Therapeutics.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Oncology Landscape, Including Disease State Understanding, Treatment Options, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance And Strong Understanding Of Key Account Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Scientific And Clinical Data To Healthcare Professionals And Key Stakeholders.
