- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate the value of our therapies and drive awareness and adoption.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of the therapeutic area and its products.

Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For Building Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders, Healthcare Professionals, And Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Leadership Experience: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, Including Medical Affairs, Marketing, And Sales Teams. A Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role And Demonstrated Success In Driving Results Through Collaboration.
Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Candidates With A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In A Therapeutic Area Specialist Or Medical Science Liaison Role, Will Be Given Preference. This Experience Should Include A Solid Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Marketing And Sales Processes.
Advanced Degree In Life Sciences: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Life Science Field, Such As Pharmacy, Biology, Or Chemistry, Is Required For This Role. A Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Or Phd Is Highly Preferred. Candidates Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Interpretation Of Clinical Data.
