  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training schedule for all technical training programs.
  2. Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of technical training programs.
  3. Monitor and track training attendance and progress, and provide regular updates to management.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop technical training materials and resources.
  5. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the organization.
  6. Oversee the logistics of training sessions, including room reservations, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
  7. Communicate training schedules and updates to employees through various platforms, such as email and company intranet.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness of technical training programs.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure access to the latest technical training resources and programs.
  10. Manage the budget for technical training programs and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  11. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding technical training opportunities and requirements.
  12. Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans to address identified gaps.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training activities and attendance.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technical training methods and technologies.
  15. Lead and mentor junior team members to facilitate their professional development and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Developing And Managing Technical Training Programs, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Instructional Design, Education, Or Life Sciences.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Technical Training Content, Utilizing A Variety Of Mediums And Technologies (E.g. E-Learning, Virtual Training, In-Person Workshops).
