Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist in Field Quality QA Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance for our field operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual who can lead and support our field teams in delivering exceptional quality in all aspects of our operations.   1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures for field operations in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Oversee and manage the quality control processes for field operations, including sample collection, testing, and reporting.
  3. Conduct audits and inspections of field operations to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  4. Provide guidance and support to field teams on quality and compliance issues, and develop training programs to improve overall quality performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  7. Ensure all field operations are in compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
  8. Lead investigations into quality incidents or deviations and develop effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes related to quality assurance in pharmaceuticals.
  10. Represent the company in external quality audits and inspections, and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a commitment to quality throughout the organization.
  12. Communicate and report on quality performance and initiatives to senior management.
  13. Mentor and train junior quality assurance staff and provide support in their professional development.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on quality assurance matters to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Ensure that all quality assurance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Assurance Role Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Industry Standards For Quality Control And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Prior Experience In Conducting Audits And Inspections, As Well As Implementing Corrective And Preventive Actions For Quality Issues.
