  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and occupational health regulations and standards.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all environmental and occupational health-related inquiries and issues within the company.
  3. Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs to promote a safe and sustainable workplace.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in environmental and occupational health to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
  6. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to environmental and occupational health to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Lead and/or participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay informed of any changes or updates in regulations and standards.
  9. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on environmental and occupational health-related matters.
  10. Prepare and submit reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as required.
  11. Actively promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the company.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a strong and competent environmental and occupational health team.
  13. Collaborate with external stakeholders and community groups to promote responsible and sustainable practices.
  14. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the company's environmental and occupational health practices.
  15. Continuously evaluate and update policies and procedures related to environmental and occupational health to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Focus On Environmental And Occupational Health Regulations And Compliance.

  • Professional Certification In Environmental Or Occupational Health, Such As Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Or Certified Safety Professional (Csp).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Environmental And Occupational Health, Including Osha, Epa, And Fda Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
