  1. Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess EHS risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on EHS procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date on all relevant EHS laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  6. Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  7. Monitor and report on EHS metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Identify and implement innovative solutions to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  9. Serve as a key point of contact for EHS inquiries and concerns from employees and stakeholders.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits.
  11. Mentor and train junior EHS team members on best practices and regulatory compliance.
  12. Collaborate with management to develop and manage EHS budgets and resources.
  13. Represent the company in EHS-related meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  14. Continuously assess and improve EHS programs to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
  15. Communicate EHS initiatives and progress to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Environmental, Health, And Safety (Ehs) Field, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Ehs, Including Osha, Epa, And Dot.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Ehs Programs And Initiatives, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Risk Reduction.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functionally To Drive Ehs Culture And Compliance Throughout The Organization.
