  1. Oversee the daily operations of the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of benefits administration.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, payroll, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of benefits to employees.
  5. Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  6. Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration to continuously improve the company's programs.
  8. Assist with the development and delivery of employee education and communication materials related to benefits.
  9. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on benefits-related matters and provide training and support to other team members.
  11. Serve as a key point of contact for external benefits vendors and partners.
  12. Participate in the annual benefits renewal process, including evaluating plan options and negotiating rates.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of benefits data to management.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of benefits administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Benefit Operations, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Cobra, And Hipaa.

  • Experience With Managing And Administering Various Benefit Programs, Including Health, Retirement, And Wellness Plans.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Benefit Operations.
