- Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes for all products within the company's portfolio.
- Oversee and lead all aspects of product quality, from conception to market, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of quality initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to product quality.
- Train and mentor junior project management staff on quality management processes and procedures.
- Identify and address any potential quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee and manage the budget for product quality initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality management to make recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company in quality-related meetings and conferences.

Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Knowledge Of Product Quality: A Senior Project Manager In This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Product Quality, Including Relevant Regulations And Guidelines Such As Fda, Ema, And Ich. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Quality Management Systems And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Project Manager, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, And Quality Assurance Teams.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Successful Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Anticipate Potential Issues And Risks In Project Execution. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Address Any Challenges That May Arise During The Project Lifecycle.
