  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to streamline patient access support services.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, events, and other industry forums to promote patient access initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Access Support Services, Including Insurance Coverage, Reimbursement, And Patient Assistance Programs.

  • Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Such As Healthcare Providers, Payers, And Patients.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans, Manage Budgets, And Track And Report On Program Metrics And Outcomes.
