  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mental health community, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and mental health organizations.
  2. Drive sales of mental health products by identifying and targeting potential customers, presenting product information and benefits, and negotiating contracts and pricing.
  3. Provide educational resources and support to healthcare professionals, including product training, clinical data, and patient support programs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the mental health industry, including competitor products and market dynamics.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and implement strategic plans for product promotion and market access.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, as set by the company.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and territory management.
  8. Participate in industry conferences, events, and symposiums to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on mental health disorders and the company's product portfolio, providing valuable insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations, including the PhRMA Code and HIPAA regulations.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times, promoting the company's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Focus On Mental Health Products.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Psychology, Neuroscience, Or Marketing.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Mental Health Market Landscape, Including Key Competitors, Trends, And Customer Needs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Developing And Executing Successful Account Plans.
