  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for mental health products to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care physicians.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
  4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals to promote awareness and understanding of our mental health products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to promoting mental health products.
  6. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  7. Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Stay updated on the latest clinical data and product information to effectively communicate the benefits and risks of our mental health products.
  9. Attend conferences, meetings, and other events to network and increase brand awareness.
  10. Provide feedback and insights from the field to contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in achieving their goals.
  13. Continuously assess and improve sales techniques and strategies to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Mental Health Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Providers And Key Stakeholders.
