  1. Provide scientific expertise and strategic support to the Neuroscience team.
  2. Drive the adoption and reimbursement of the company's neuroscience portfolio.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure that medicines are recognized for their value and impact on patient outcomes.
  4. Utilize a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape to identify opportunities for market growth and access.
  5. Communicate complex scientific data to a variety of audiences, including healthcare professionals, payers, and internal teams.
  6. Serve as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals and payers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and market trends in the neuroscience field.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and understanding of the company's neuroscience portfolio.
  9. Conduct presentations and trainings for internal and external stakeholders on the value and impact of the company's medicines.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop materials and tools that effectively communicate the value of the company's products.
  11. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  12. Provide input and support for the development of pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  13. Represent the company at key industry conferences and events.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Medical Or Scientific Field, Such As Md, Pharmd, Or Phd.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Neuroscience.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Research And Drug Development Processes.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders And Medical Professionals.
