- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Extensive Industry Experience: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Commercialization And Learning Strategies.
