  1. Develop and implement commercial field skills training programs for sales and marketing teams.
  2. Lead a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality and effective training materials.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial learning and development.
  5. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  6. Manage the budget for commercial training programs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  7. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  8. Communicate and align training goals and objectives with company strategies and goals.
  9. Conduct regular train-the-trainer sessions to ensure consistent delivery of training materials.
  10. Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to understand their training needs and provide support and guidance.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all training programs.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to leverage their expertise in training and development.
  13. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  14. Monitor and report on the progress and success of training programs to senior management.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
