  1. Develop and implement risk management and audit analytics strategies to ensure the protection of company assets and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management and audit analytics, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  3. Lead and manage a team of risk and audit analysts to analyze and evaluate potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments of company processes and systems to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, including finance, legal, and compliance, to develop risk management strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to risk management and audit analytics, and make recommendations for implementation as necessary.
  7. Communicate risk management findings and recommendations to senior leadership and make data-driven decisions to support business objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry peers, to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
  9. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of risk management and audit analytics strategies.
  10. Train and educate employees on risk management and audit analytics processes and procedures to foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management And Audit Analytics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Risk Assessment Methodologies And Experience In Implementing Risk Management Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analytics Tools Such As Tableau, Sas, Or R.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team, With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration. Professional Certifications Such As Cfa, Cpa, Or Cia Are Preferred.
