- Oversee daily operations of the quality assurance processes at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and BMS quality standards.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure quality goals are met.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits and inspections to assess and monitor compliance with quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends and make recommendations for process improvements to maintain compliance.
- Manage and maintain quality records and documentation in accordance with BMS standards and guidelines.
- Identify and implement training and development programs for the quality assurance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on quality assurance activities and address any concerns or issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and accurate disposition of products.
- Work closely with external partners and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, With A Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Industry Standards.
Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team Of Qa Professionals And Be Able To Foster A Collaborative And High Performing Work Environment.
Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: As A Senior Manager, Qa Disposition Daily Ops, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Making Critical Decisions Related To Product Disposition. The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Make Informed And Timely Decisions.
