  1. Develop and implement patient engagement and recruitment strategies to support the company's mission and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of patient engagement and recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop patient-centric initiatives and programs that align with the company's values and objectives.
  4. Identify and establish relationships with patient advocacy groups, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders to support patient recruitment efforts.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in patient engagement and recruitment to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  6. Create and manage budgets for patient engagement and recruitment activities, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
  7. Monitor and analyze data to measure the success of patient recruitment and engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to understand their needs and perspectives.
  9. Serve as a company spokesperson for patient engagement and recruitment efforts, representing Bristol-Myers Squibb at industry conferences and events.
  10. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement patient support programs, such as patient education and access programs.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in patient engagement and recruitment efforts.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to patient engagement and recruitment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Drive a culture of empathy, compassion, and patient-centeredness within the organization.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  15. Monitor and track industry trends and developments in patient engagement and recruitment to identify potential opportunities for the company.
