- Lead and manage a team of manufacturing analytics professionals to drive data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to improve manufacturing processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and quality to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in manufacturing analytics and apply them to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics, providing guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and implement new data analytics tools and systems.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their data analytics skills and knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between manufacturing and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to data analysis and management.
- Continuously monitor and improve data processes and systems to maintain high-quality standards and increase efficiency.
- Represent the company in external forums and conferences to showcase our data analytics capabilities and promote our brand.
Extensive Experience In Manufacturing Analytics: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Analytics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Analysis Techniques, Statistical Modeling, And Process Optimization.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Analysts And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Stakeholders. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Team Members, Make Difficult Decisions, And Manage Conflicts Effectively.
Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Systems: A Successful Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Systems, Including Supply Chain Management, Quality Control, And Regulatory Compliance.
