- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company's overall goals and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and communication efforts.
- Create and manage internal communication channels, including email, intranet, and social media platforms.
- Write and edit internal communications content, including newsletters, company announcements, and executive communications.
- Lead and execute internal events, such as town halls and employee forums, to promote employee engagement and foster a sense of community.
- Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously innovate and improve communication efforts.
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure effective communication of company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the Corporate Affairs team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and coordination of communication efforts.
- Train and coach leaders and employees on effective communication practices and company messaging.
- Manage and oversee a team of internal communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Proactively identify potential communication challenges and develop solutions to address them.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events related to internal communications.
- Ensure all internal communication efforts adhere to company branding and messaging guidelines.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Affairs team and the company by actively participating in team meetings and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of Employees And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Internal Communication Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Values.
