  1. Lead and manage the HR Project Office, including overseeing the team and ensuring the successful delivery of all projects.
  2. Develop and implement strategic HR projects that align with the overall business goals of the company.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to identify and prioritize HR initiatives and projects.
  4. Create project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the timely and efficient execution of all projects.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues that may arise.
  6. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of projects and their impact on the organization.
  7. Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and ensure project success.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support project implementation.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in project management.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR project management.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and change within the HR Project Office.
  14. Represent the company at external events and conferences related to HR project management.
  15. Act as a liaison between the HR Project Office and other departments within the organization.
  16. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the overall success of the HR team and company.

  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Hr Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Developing Project Plans, Managing Resources, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Within Budget.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Systems Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Solutions To Streamline Processes And Increase Efficiency.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Manager In The Hr Project Office, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Think Strategically And Proactively Identify Potential Issues And Opportunities. They Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Challenges That May Arise During Project Execution.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Hr Leaders, Project Teams, And External Partners. The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills And The Ability To Lead And Motivate Teams Towards A Common Goal.

  • Project Management Certification: Possessing A Project Management Certification, Such As Pmp Or Prince2, Would Be A Significant Advantage For This Role. It Demonstrates A Candidate's Commitment To The Field And Their Ability To Effectively Manage Projects According To Industry Best Practices.
