  1. Lead the development and implementation of data analysis strategies and processes for clinical trials at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
  2. Utilize data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations that support the company's mission of transforming the lives of patients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
  4. Oversee and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and development.
  5. Serve as an expert in data management and analysis, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the availability and accuracy of data.

  11. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data analyses and reports.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards for data management and analysis.
  13. Drive the development and implementation of innovative data visualization tools to enhance data analysis and reporting.
  14. Stay informed of developments in the healthcare industry, including new treatments and technologies, to inform data analysis strategies.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biostatistics, Data Science, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Trial Analytics And Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Statistical Methods And Software Packages, Such As Sas And R, For Analyzing And Reporting Clinical Trial Data.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards For Clinical Trial Data Management, Including Cdisc And Ich Guidelines.
