- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for our cell therapy products, in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain operations for cell therapy products, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of cell therapy products to patients.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments related to cell therapy supply chain, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to cell therapy supply chain operations.
- Communicate regularly with senior management regarding supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and policies for supply chain operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality within the cell therapy supply chain.
- Act as a liaison between supply chain and other departments, such as research and development, regulatory, and commercial teams.
- Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to cell therapy supply chain.

Advanced Degree In Supply Chain Management Or Related Field: A Senior Manager In Cell Therapy Supply Chain At Bristol-Myers Squibb Should Possess An Advanced Degree, Such As A Master's Or Doctorate, In Supply Chain Management Or A Related Field. This Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Principles And Practices, As Well As The Ability To Apply Them In A Complex And Dynamic Environment.
Extensive Experience In Cell Therapy Supply Chain: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Cell Therapy. This Includes Experience In Managing End-To-End Supply Chain Operations, Implementing Supply Chain Strategies, And Optimizing Supply Chain Processes.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are A Must.
