Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Biotechnology Or Biopharmaceutical Industry, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Biologics Development And Manufacturing Processes, Including Upstream And Downstream Operations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, With A Focus On Driving Results And Meeting Timelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Regulatory Agencies And External Partners.
