Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Protein Engineering And/Or Biologics Drug Development

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Environment

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Protein Structure And Function, Protein Expression And Purification Techniques, And Protein Engineering Strategies

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Discovery And Development Process, Including Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards For Biologics.
