  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  2. Lead and manage the alliance quality team to ensure effective and efficient execution of alliance activities, including due diligence, negotiations, and partnerships.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and internal teams.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential areas for business development and growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential partnerships and alliances that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  6. Negotiate and finalize agreements with potential partners, ensuring all terms and conditions are in line with company standards and objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and key opinion leaders to stay informed on market trends and potential partnership opportunities.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics for partnerships and alliances to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with company goals.
  9. Develop and implement quality standards and processes for alliances and partnerships to ensure compliance and successful outcomes.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance to the business development and alliance quality teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  11. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and identify potential partnerships.
  12. Stay current on industry regulations and guidelines related to business development and alliances, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for business development and alliance quality activities, ensuring effective use of resources.
  14. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of business development and alliance quality initiatives, including key metrics and updates on partnerships and alliances.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Alliance Management, Or Quality Assurance Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Market Dynamics, With A Proven Track Record Of Identifying And Executing Successful Business Partnerships And Collaborations.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Regulations, Including Fda And Global Regulatory Requirements.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Life Sciences, Or Engineering, And A Strong Business Acumen With Experience In Financial Analysis And Budget Management.
