- Develop and implement a strategic plan for business development and alliance management in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities that align with the company's therapeutic focus and growth strategy.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the partnership and collaboration process, including negotiations, due diligence, and contract drafting.
- Ensure that all partnerships and collaborations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners, including key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership and collaboration agreements.
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on business development and alliance management matters.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential legal and business risks associated with partnerships and collaborations.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's business development and alliance management capabilities.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to business development and alliance management.

- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Business Development Or Alliance Management Role In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Life Sciences, Or Chemistry. Advanced Degree (E.g. Mba, Jd, Phd) Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development And Commercialization Process, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory And Legal Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Negotiating Partnerships, Collaborations, And Licensing Agreements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And External Partners.
