Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, With A Focus On Digital And Technology Law.
Strong Understanding Of Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, And Cybersecurity Laws And Regulations.
Experience Advising On Complex Technology Transactions, Including Software Licensing, Cloud Computing, And Data Analytics.
Demonstrated Ability To Provide Strategic Legal Counsel To Senior Leadership And Effectively Manage A Team Of Attorneys And Legal Professionals.
