Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, With A Focus On Digital And Technology Law.

  • Strong Understanding Of Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, And Cybersecurity Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience Advising On Complex Technology Transactions, Including Software Licensing, Cloud Computing, And Data Analytics.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Provide Strategic Legal Counsel To Senior Leadership And Effectively Manage A Team Of Attorneys And Legal Professionals.
