  1. Develop and lead clinical trial strategies for the development of new treatments for mental health disorders.
  2. Utilize expertise in neuroscience and psychiatry to design and implement clinical trials that meet regulatory and scientific standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of clinical trial plans.
  4. Oversee the conduct of clinical trials, including protocol development, patient recruitment and enrollment, and data analysis.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards.
  6. Provide medical oversight and guidance to clinical trial teams, including review and interpretation of data.
  7. Participate in key decision-making processes, such as trial design, data interpretation, and risk assessment.
  8. Support the development of study protocols, investigator brochures, and other key clinical documents.
  9. Communicate trial updates and results to internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, regulatory agencies, and key opinion leaders.
  10. Contribute to the development and review of clinical development plans and regulatory submissions.
  11. Keep up-to-date with relevant scientific and medical literature and provide insights and recommendations for the development of new treatments.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  13. Represent the company and its clinical development programs at conferences and scientific meetings.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and ethical conduct in all aspects of clinical development.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to compliance and data privacy.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree And Board Certification: The Senior Clinical Trial Physician Should Possess A Medical Degree, Preferably In Neuroscience Or Psychiatry, And Be Board Certified In Their Specialty.

  • Extensive Clinical Trial Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Conducting Clinical Trials In Neuroscience Or Psychiatry, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Trial Design And Execution.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Neuroscience And Psychiatry: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Developments And Trends In Neuroscience And Psychiatry, Including An Understanding Of Relevant Disease States, Treatments, And Methodologies.

  • Leadership And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Position, The Candidate Should Have Demonstrated Leadership Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Clinical Operations, Data Management, And Medical Writing.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Senior Clinical Trial Physician Should Have Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Present Trial Results To Internal And External Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Complex Scientific Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
