  1. Lead and oversee the design, planning, and execution of clinical trials for cell therapy products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical development plans.
  3. Provide scientific expertise and guidance on cell therapy product development, including protocol design, study feasibility, and data analysis.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external experts in the field of cell therapy.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze clinical trial data to ensure the safety and efficacy of cell therapy products.
  6. Prepare and review study-related documents, including protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for cell therapy clinical trials.
  8. Identify and address potential issues or risks related to cell therapy product development.
  9. Mentor and train junior clinical scientists on cell therapy product development and clinical trial management.
  10. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, clinical research organizations, and regulatory agencies.
  11. Stay current with developments in the field of cell therapy and provide insights and recommendations for future projects.
  12. Contribute to the writing and publication of scientific papers and presentations related to cell therapy.
  13. Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to cell therapy clinical trials.
  14. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to showcase our cell therapy program.
  15. Collaborate with commercial teams to support the launch and commercialization of cell therapy products.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Phd In Immunology, Cell Biology, Or Bioengineering)

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Biopharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Cell Therapy Development And/Or Manufacturing

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards For Cell Therapy Products

  • Demonstrated Experience In Designing And Executing Complex Experiments And Data Analysis In A Laboratory Setting

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Leadership In Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills.
