  2. Design and execute experiments to investigate the mechanisms of disease and identify potential drug targets.
  3. Utilize a variety of molecular biology techniques, including cloning, sequencing, PCR, and gene expression analysis.
  4. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for further research.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for advancing drug discovery projects.
  6. Train and mentor junior scientists in molecular biology techniques and experimental design.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and observations.

  9. Present research findings at internal and external meetings and conferences.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  11. Contribute to the preparation of reports, publications, and patent applications.

  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide scientific expertise to support decision-making processes.
  14. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support research activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Phd In Molecular Biology Or Related Field With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry Or Academic Research Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With A Variety Of Molecular Biology Techniques, Including Dna/Rna Isolation, Pcr, Cloning, Gene Expression Analysis, And Protein Purification.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation, Including Experience With Bioinformatics Tools And Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Experience In Designing And Executing Experiments To Support Drug Discovery And Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Results To Internal And External Stakeholders.
