- Develop and optimize viral vector production processes for gene therapy programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance gene therapy programs.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies to improve viral vector production.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and troubleshoot process issues.
- Continuously review and evaluate new technologies and methods to improve process efficiency.
- Communicate results and progress to team members and management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of experiments and results.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Participate in project planning and provide scientific input.
- Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations.
- Train and mentor other team members on viral vector production techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in gene therapy.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Discipline (E.g. Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Viral Vector Process Development, Preferably In The Biopharmaceutical Industry
Extensive Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Viral Vector Manufacturing Techniques (E.g. Aav, Lentivirus)
Strong Understanding Of Current Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Viral Vector Production
Proven Track Record Of Successful Process Development Projects, Including Optimization And Scale-Up Of Viral Vector Processes
