
Sales and Marketing Representative (Pharmaceuticals)
Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join their pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to learn and succeed. This position requires the ability to think strategically and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends, and the ability to build and maintain key relationships. Additionally, the candidate must be highly organized and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Bristol-Myers Squibb pharmaceutical products.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Manage customer database and develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
- Provide training and support to sales and marketing staff.
- Develop and present presentations and materials for meetings and conferences.
- Develop and lead product launches.
