  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the research department at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the research process.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all research-related activities, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  4. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to scientific research.
  5. Manage and allocate resources, including budget and staffing, to support research projects.
  6. Lead and motivate a team of researchers and scientists to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Research Operations Management In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Discovery And Development Processes, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, With Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
