Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacometrics Or Related Field: A Successful Candidate For The Research Investigator - Pharmacometrics Position At Bristol-Myers Squibb Should Possess An Advanced Degree (Phd Or Equivalent) In Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience In Pharmaceutical Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In A Pharmacometrics Or Related Role. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Standards.

  • Strong Analytical And Mathematical Skills: A Research Investigator - Pharmacometrics Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Mathematical Skills To Effectively Design, Execute, And Interpret Complex Pharmacokinetic And Pharmacodynamic Models.

  • Proficiency In Modeling Software: Bristol-Myers Squibb Requires Candidates To Be Proficient In Pharmacometric Software Such As Nonmem, Phoenix, Or R. Familiarity With Other Programming Languages Such As Sas Or Matlab Is Also Desirable.

  • Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Part Of A Cross-Functional Team, A Research Investigator - Pharmacometrics Must Have Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Colleagues From Diverse Backgrounds And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
