In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the echo cardiography community to help increase awareness and utilization of our cardiovascular products. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in cardiology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.   1. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the echo cardiography community.
  2. Increase awareness and utilization of cardiovascular products within the target region.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute educational programs and initiatives.
  6. Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
  7. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and sales efforts.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve upon current processes and strategies to drive business growth and success.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  14. Report on sales and market data to senior management on a regular basis.
  15. Serve as a brand ambassador for Bristol-Myers Squibb, promoting the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Cardiovascular Diseases And Echocardiography Techniques.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Medical Or Pharmaceutical Company, Preferably In A Sales Or Medical Affairs Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape In Florida, Including Key Opinion Leaders And Referral Patterns.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Various Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Medicine, Nursing, Or Life Sciences. Advanced Degree (Md, Pharmd, Phd) Preferred.
