  1. Serve as the main scientific point of contact for Bristol-Myers Squibb in the field of Neuropsychiatry.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific and medical advancements in neuropsychiatry to provide expert knowledge and support for the company's products.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the neuropsychiatry field to gain insights and support for the company's products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and clinical development to develop and implement strategies for the company's products in the neuropsychiatry market.
  5. Provide scientific education and training to internal teams and external stakeholders on the company's products and the latest developments in neuropsychiatry.
  6. Respond to medical inquiries and provide accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  7. Represent Bristol-Myers Squibb at scientific conferences, meetings, and other events to enhance the company's presence and reputation in the neuropsychiatry field.
  8. Collect and communicate insights and feedback from healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to inform the company's strategies and decisions.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in neuropsychiatry to provide strategic recommendations and insights.
  10. Continuously improve and expand knowledge and expertise in neuropsychiatry through self-directed learning and participation in scientific activities.
  11. Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the performance of duties.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the company's neuropsychiatry portfolio by actively participating in team meetings and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Or Psychology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In The Neuropsychiatry Therapeutic Area.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research And The Drug Development Process.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Scientific Information To A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders And Healthcare Professionals In The Neuropsychiatry Field.
