  1. Oversee the quality assurance (QA) operations for manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Lead a team of QA professionals and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes.
  4. Develop and implement quality systems and processes to continuously improve product quality and compliance.
  5. Conduct audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities, processes, and procedures to identify and address any quality or compliance issues.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate review and approval of batch records, manufacturing documents, and other quality-related documents.
  7. Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's quality procedures and processes are in line with current requirements.
  9. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  10. Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, and support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
  11. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of manufacturing operations.
  12. Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization by promoting awareness and training on quality standards and practices.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on quality metrics, issues, and improvements.
  14. Ensure all manufacturing operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Assurance Or Manufacturing Operations.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Manufacturing Operations Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Industry Standards.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Process Optimization.
