  1. Develop and implement automation solutions for quality control testing of cell therapies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address automation needs.
  3. Lead and manage projects related to QC assay automation, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technologies relevant to cell therapy.
  5. Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for automation-related projects.
  7. Train and mentor team members on automation techniques and protocols.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all automation activities.
  9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for automation processes.
  10. Analyze and interpret data from automated assays to support decision making and continuous improvement.
  11. Prepare and present reports and presentations on automation projects and results to cross-functional teams and management.
  12. Work closely with research and development teams to transfer new assays to automated platforms.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on automation technologies and provide technical expertise to support problem-solving and decision-making.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and academic institutions to drive innovation and advancements in automation for cell therapies.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the QC assay automation team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cell Therapy: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Cell Therapy, With A Strong Understanding Of The Principles And Techniques Involved In Qc Assay Automation.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Qc Assay Automation: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Automated Qc Assays And Have Experience In Developing, Optimizing, And Validating These Assays For Cell Therapy Products.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Scientist, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Scientists And Technicians. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate The Team.

  • Regulatory Compliance Expertise: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Regulations And Guidelines Governing The Development And Manufacturing Of Cell Therapy Products, Including Fda, Ema, And Ich Guidelines. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Ensuring Compliance With These Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Principal Scientist Will Be Expected To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including R&D, Manufacturing, And Quality Control. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Work With These Teams And Present Findings To Key Stakeholders.
