Advanced Degree In Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or A Related Field: A Principal Scientist At Bristol-Myers Squibb Must Have A Ph.d. Or Equivalent Degree In A Relevant Scientific Discipline. This Educational Background Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Expertise To Lead Global Upstream And Cell Line Development Projects.
Extensive Experience In Biologics Drug Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Biologics Drug Development, With A Focus On Upstream Process Development And Cell Line Development. This Experience Should Include A Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Team Leadership.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements: The Principal Scientist Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Global Upstream And Cell Line Development Activities Comply With Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements. Therefore, A Thorough Understanding Of These Regulations Is Essential For Success In This Role.
