Bristol-Myers Squibb is currently seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Pharmaceutical Sales Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic healthcare industry, and to work with some of the top pharmaceutical experts in the world. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and sales experience is a plus, but not required. You should also be comfortable with working with individuals in all levels of the organization, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to research and analyze data.If you are passionate about pharmaceutical sales and are looking for an opportunity to gain real-world experience in a thriving industry, then this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize research and data analysis skills to develop and execute pharmaceutical sales strategies.
  2. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with individuals in all levels of the organization.
  4. Attend periodic meetings and events to stay up-to-date on changes in the pharmaceutical industry.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Provide innovative ideas for marketing and promotional activities.
  8. Track sales performance and develop strategies to improve results.
  9. Identify opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  10. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
