  5. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and payers, to support patient access efforts.
  6. Stay up-to-date on regulations and policies related to patient access and reimbursement to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of patient access initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Manage budgets and resources to effectively support patient access programs.
  9. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate the delivery of patient access services.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve patient access processes and procedures to enhance the overall patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Access And Reimbursement Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Reimbursement Landscape, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Leading Cross-Functional Projects.
