Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Access And Reimbursement Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Reimbursement Landscape, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance.
Experience Managing A Team And Leading Cross-Functional Projects.
