  1. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve patient access to life-saving treatments.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address access and reimbursement barriers for patients.
  3. Stay current on healthcare policy and reimbursement trends to inform decision making and drive change.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, physicians, patient organizations, and internal teams.
  5. Lead and manage a team of access and reimbursement specialists to ensure timely and effective support for patients.
  6. Monitor and analyze access and reimbursement data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  7. Develop and execute training programs for internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of healthcare access and reimbursement.
  8. Represent the company in meetings and conferences to advocate for patient access to our medicines.
  9. Collaborate with commercial teams to develop market access strategies and tactics.
  10. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to access and reimbursement.
  11. Drive business growth through effective management of access and reimbursement processes.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve access and reimbursement programs to meet changing market needs.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on access and reimbursement initiatives.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on access and reimbursement for the organization.
  15. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve patient access to our medicines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Patient Access Support Services, Reimbursement, Or Healthcare Revenue Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Insurance Plans, Reimbursement Policies, And Government Programs Such As Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategies To Improve Patient Access And Reimbursement Processes.
