  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient access to Bristol-Myers Squibb medications through reimbursement and coverage programs.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Access & Reimbursement team, including managing staff, setting goals and objectives, and monitoring performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address barriers to patient access, including working with sales, marketing, and legal teams to develop solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in reimbursement policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness of patient access programs.
  5. Work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to advocate for patient access to Bristol-Myers Squibb medications.
  6. Analyze data and generate reports to track program success and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patient advocacy groups, to promote awareness and understanding of Bristol-Myers Squibb's patient access programs.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement patient support services, such as copay assistance programs, to improve patient access.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare access and reimbursement, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
  10. Uphold Bristol-Myers Squibb's values and mission to improve patient outcomes and make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Insurance Coverage And Reimbursement Procedures For Various Healthcare Services, Including Pharmaceuticals.

  • Experience In Patient Access And Reimbursement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In Patient Access And Reimbursement, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Familiarity With Government Regulations And Compliance: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Healthcare Reimbursement, Such As Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As The Enterprise Access & Reimbursement Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Various Stakeholders, Including Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Insurance Companies. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Reimbursement Issues And Optimize Patient Access To Bristol-Myers Squibb Medications.
