  1. Develop and implement strategies for patient access to Bristol-Myers Squibb medications.
  2. Manage a team of access and reimbursement specialists to ensure timely and efficient patient access to medications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and legal to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare policies and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including healthcare providers and payers.
  6. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving patient access.
  7. Lead the development and implementation of patient assistance programs and ensure they are aligned with company objectives.
  8. Conduct training and provide ongoing support to team members to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively support patients.
  9. Monitor and manage budgets for patient access programs and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on patient access and reimbursement processes for internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize patient access to medications.
  12. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote and enhance the company's reputation.
  13. Ensure all activities adhere to ethical and legal standards.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to patient access support services.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve patient access and outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement And Access Support Services, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement Policies And Procedures, Including Government And Commercial Insurance Plans.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Access Support Programs And Processes, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing These Programs.
